We have recently come across a issue with the updates from the call of duty warzone servers, we are stuck on the connecting to online services is as far as we can get into the game.

There is an easy fix and we are going to try and help everyone with this simple explanation on how to fix it.

All that you need to do is change the dns server that your computer uses by default to a free dns server that is updated with the call of duty warzone server address.

How To Fix The ISSUE:

Method 1:

you need to update your DNS server on your computer.

In Cortana, search for “View Network Connections”.

Right click the Ethernet connection that you’re using then click on Properties.

At the Networking tab, find and double click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).

Then at the bottom at the General Tab, check the Use the following DNS server addresses, and input a DNS server from the list below there are 3 different dns servers in the list.

Once you have added a dns of your choice click OK then restart the call of duty game on your pc, ( if that didn’t fix it ) restart your pc for all changes to take effect, then relaunch the game and you should now be able to connect to the online services and play.

Method 2:

Right click on your start icon bottom left of your screen, Select Network Connections.

In the new window, Select Ethernet in the left menu.

In the right list under Related Settings, Select Change Adapter Settings.

In the new window right click on the network device you are using select properties,

In the Ethernet properties, Find Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and double click it.

In the properties click the option Use the following DNS server addresses, and input a DNS server from the list above there are 3 different dns servers in the list.

Once you have added a dns of your choice click OK then restart the call of duty game on your pc, ( if that didn’t fix it ) restart your pc for all changes to take effect, then relaunch the game and you should now be able to connect to the online services and play.
